+ What are the Wi-Fi connection requirements for the Bullet Cam?
You will need a 2.4GHz router (802.11bg/n) on your home or office system for Wi-Fi connectivity. Don’t worry – this is pretty standard for most home Wi-Fi routers these days.
+ What are the minimum smart phone or tablet requirements for use with this Bullet Cam?
A mobile device running on an Android 5.0+ (Lollipop) or IOS 9.0+ platform. Right now, Windows-based platforms are not compatible with Reflection app.
+ Does it work with 5GHz router?
Like most of the WiFi Camera in the market, the camera only works with 2.4GHz router.

+ Where can I setup the Bullet Cam on my house?
It can be setup in a location where you can secure the Bullet camera with the screws supplied and access to the power source.
+ Does this camera work outdoors?
Yes! The Bullet Cam has an IP67 water resistant rating, so it is designed to withstand almost all but the harshest weather conditions.
+ Will I be able to capture images at night or in dark environments?
Sure! The device has Infrared (IR) night vision built right in. Night vision mode is automatically activated when the camera senses a low light environment.
+ Does the Bullet Camera require power?
Yes, just like a standard Bullet Camera. Power adapter is included. There is no battery included in the device.
+ I see my Bullet Cam has a Micro-SD card slot. Why do I need a Micro SD card?
You do not need a memory card if all you plan to do is live stream with your device. But if you want to record videos or take pictures, you’ll need a data storage option, such as a Micro SD Card. The other option is to subscribe to the Reflection cloud storage subscription.
+ Do you offer Free cloud storage?
Yes, your device comes with 24-Hours Free cloud storage. All recorded events will be stored in cloud storage up to 24 hours.
+ How can I view recorded evernts beyond 24 hours.
If you want to view recorded events beyond 24 hours, all you have to do is to upgrade the subscription plan.
+ What type of Micro SD card is best to use?
Most brands of Micro SD cards will work fine, as long as their capacity does not exceed 128 GB and is at least Class 4. Here is an estimate of the number of hours of recording you will get with various sizes of Micro SD cards, recording at 720p:
• 4GB = 12 hours
• 8GB = 25 hours
• 16GB = 50 hours
• 32GB = 100 hours
+ Is it possible for me to use multiple Bullet Cam at one time and control them all from the same Reflection account and app?
Yes.
+ What do I need to work the Bullet Cam?
Here are the requirements:
• A stable Wi-Fi connection
• Power source
• Smart phone or tablet running android 5.0+ or iOS 9.0+.
+ Does the camera have any zooming capabilities?
You are able to magnify live video feed while in the full screen mode. However, the camera itself does not having a zooming lens.
+ Does the device automatically go into night mode or does it have to be manually set?
The device will switch to night vision mode automatically.
+ What is the camera’s viewing angle?
The camera has a viewing angle of 83°.
+ What to do if Your Bullet Cam Goes Offline?
It is possible under certain circumstances for your Bullet Cam to lose its connection to your Wi-Fi network. The image below tells you that your Bullet Cam is offline. LED Indicator
+ Why device Hotspot (BCWT-0000_xxxxx) can't stay connected?
If you are experiencing Hotspot connection switching back to you home WiFi network, please tap on pop option and select Yes to stay connected.
